With the claim “Shows the rain where to go!” GRÖMO promises to guide rainwater down the best route away from the roof and into the sewer connection. Since this can never be a straight path, elbows can’t be forgotten. Their bends allow the downpipe from the rainwater gutter to be as close to the walls of the house as possible. For one thing, this has a visual advantage. For another, the drainpipe can be fastened perfectly to the house façade. GRÖMO elbows are available in paint-coated aluminium as conical drainpipe elbows and swan necks in a total of seven colours and two surfaces: anthracite, brown (Testa di Moro), light grey, white, moss green, brick red or oxide red.

Before, you often had to go to the trouble of expanding gutter pipes so that pipe elbows could be optimally connected to the downpipe. Thankfully, that's all over now. With the conical GRÖMO ALUSTAR drainpipe elbow, elbows and outlets can be connected simply and quickly. Thanks to the secure plug connection with indent, the drainpipe elbow is very easy to plug into any pipe. It doesn’t matter if the pipe has a socket joint or not, it will always fit. And with a plug-in length adapted to the diameter, the downpipe elbow keeps its promise of a secure fit. Gutter elbows are available in 60 to 120 mm sizes and 40°, 72° and 85° in accordance with DIN EN 612.

The GRÖMO ALUSTAR swan neck - bridging made easy.

The swan neck, also called an offset, helps bridge wall projections and spurs thanks to its overhang. The GRÖMO ALUSTAR swan neck has an overhang of 60 mm and is available in paint-coated aluminium as well as seven colours and two surfaces. The swan neck is fast and easy to install on downpipes and other elbows. It is manufactured in accordance with DIN EN 612 in nominal sizes 80, 100 and 120 mm. Two pipe elbows can be plugged together for larger overhangs.
